MCC’s Leadership and Human Resources is a one-year certificate emphasizing leadership and resource management in the business. Exploration of effective leadership and ethics concepts and skills along with the identification of human resource tools will guide the evaluation and analysis of the business’ current management practices. Development and evaluation of a leadership plan for the business will be addressed.
